A life inside working kitchens
Classical technique, New York fine dining, Cape Cod restaurant leadership, consulting, demonstrations, and nearly three decades of hospitality.

Chef · Entrepreneur · Educator · Artist
A career shaped in celebrated kitchens and expanded through teaching, community, enterprise, and creative work.
Cape Cod, Massachusetts
The story
“I once thought a chef’s journey moved upward. Now I think it moves outward.”
I am a chef, culinary educator, entrepreneur, and artist whose career has moved from some of New York City’s most celebrated kitchens to restaurant ownership, community food work, workforce development, and the classroom.
At the center of it all is the same practice: take what is available, see its potential, build a system around it, and make something useful, honest, and alive.

Private dining · Yarmouth Port
Fourteen people and a Cape Cod evening built around the way family should eat: slowly, generously, and with the platters left in the middle of the table.
“Mostly, it felt like family. And that was the whole idea.”
